HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

Step 1: Prepare Your Return

  • Mark the items you wish to return or exchange on your receipt and include it inside a sealed package.

Step 2: Choose Your Return Method

Drop-Off Option

  • Return your package to the drop box located at 30 Congress St, Lakewood, NJ or 12 Glen Arden Dr Howell, NJ.
  • For in-store purchases, please include your name and phone number.

Mail Option

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless they selected Checkout+ at checkout.
  • You may use our return portal to generate a label.

RETURN POLICY

Deadlines:

  • Delivered Orders: Must be dropped off or mailed out within 3 calendar days of delivery (as per courier tracking). After 3 days, all items are final sale.
  • Pickup Orders: Must be returned within 3 calendar days of pickup notification.
  • In-Store Purchases: Must be returned by the next store business day or within 2 calendar days, whichever comes first.
  • No Exceptions: Return windows include weekends and holidays.
  • Limit: A maximum of 6 items can be returned.
  • Final Sale: All items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled. However, size exchanges are allowed- please contact us for assistance.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and labels attached.
  • Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations. (In-store purchases are exempt.)
  • Free Shipping Minimum: If your return reduces your order below the free shipping threshold ($100), a $5.99/$6.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
  • No Refund on Shipping and Checkout+ Fee: Unfortunately, shipping charges and Checkout+ fees are non-refundable.
  • Garment Care: While we vigorously test all our products, we are not responsible for shrinkage, pilling, or fabric wear.
  • Refund Discretion: All return/refund approvals are at our discretion.
  • No Exchanges: There are no exchanges on online orders. If you would like a different size, please return your item and place a new order.
