Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Shipping in the continental US is $6.99. Shipping in the Central Jersey area is $5.99. We reserve the right to adjust this charge at our discretion.
  • The shipping fee will be waived for orders totaling over $100.
  • If the customer keeps less than the amount of merchandise that qualifies for free shipping ($100), we will charge the shipping fee of $5.99/$6.99.
  • Shipping charges are, unfortunately, non refundable.
  • Orders will generally ship within 48 hours.
  • Over the holidays and the pre-holiday season, please allow some extra time for orders to ship.
  • Pickup Window: Orders not picked up within 15 days of notification will be canceled.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for:
    • Lost/stolen packages after delivery
    • Damage after items leave our warehouse
    • Issues with packages left in our pickup bin
  • Order Issues: Report discrepancies (wrong item, size, color, damaged) within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing info@limonanakids.com. We cannot address issues reported after this window.
  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product details, or stock status.
  • Partial Orders: If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the rest of your order and notify you.
